Vitaliy Khotsenko holds a regular meeting of the Investment Committee
The meeting considered promising projects related to the creation of new production facilities, the development of hotel infrastructure in municipal areas, integrated engineering in lighting systems and urban landscaping.
Following the discussion, measures to support the implementation of investment initiatives have already been identified under the leadership of the Governor. The agreements of the parties with the designation of the volume of investments and deadlines for the implementation of projects will be reflected in the investment agreements of the parties.
The execution of the previous instructions of the Investment Committee is now reviewed at every meeting attended by the heads of large companies and enterprises presenting their projects, including nonresident investors. Several projects are planned to be implemented on the basis of Omsk industrial parks, they are aimed at strengthening the technological sovereignty of the country.
One of the largest projects is being implemented by the Titan Group of Companies. The new production corresponds to the tasks of import substitution. The customers of the products will be the chemical, microelectronic, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries. The implementation of the investment project will provide raw materials to the existing enterprises of the Titan Group of Companies for the production of deeper processing products and will serve as a driver for the development of low-tonnage chemicals. The production, which will create up to one and a half thousand jobs, is planned to be launched by 2030.
"This is a big project. It is a priority for us, as it ensures the development of the industry for many years to come," said Vitaly Khotsenko.
In addition to the plans for the development of the production site, Titan Group also submitted for consideration a socially significant project for the construction of a sports complex. The group of companies acts as an investor. The sports facility project involves the creation of two ice fields, two multi-purpose playgrounds, a choreography room, a table tennis room, and a swimming pool. Today, at a meeting of the Investment Committee, the main parameters of the project and the options for the sites were considered.
The meeting participants also discussed a project to build a hotel with a recreation center on the territory of the Rozovsky rural settlement in the Omsk region, the investor of which is SibRos LLC. The hotel complex with a total area of 15 thousand square meters will be able to accommodate up to 500-600 vacationers at the same time.
In addition, the meeting considered the initiative to create a manufacturing complex in Omsk for the manufacture of lighting products and products for the modernization of urban infrastructure. The project is planned to be implemented on the territory of the newly created Omsktransmash industrial Park. The company specializes in complex engineering in lighting systems and urban landscaping.
