On September 4, a meeting of the Omsk Region Investment Committee was held, where promising projects related to the creation of new production facilities, the development of the construction sector and the agricultural industry were considered.
Thus, the Business Partner company initiated the construction of a plant for the production of concrete products. The production technology allows the production of curbs, curbs, wall and partition stones, including colored paving slabs, using Color Mix technology. The launch of the plant will ensure the creation of 30 new jobs, additional tax revenues, and a variety of building materials in demand on the market. Investments in the project are estimated at 385 million rubles.
The Agro-Master company has launched an investment initiative to build a modern warehouse to expand the commercial and warehouse complex of agricultural machinery. The company is ready to start a new investment project worth 130 million rubles. The implementation of the initiative will help saturate the agricultural machinery market, as well as create 45 new jobs.
"The Investment Committee supported the projects. It was decided to provide the companies with the necessary land plots. I would like to note that the provision of a land plot is an important tool for supporting business," said Vitaly Khotsenko, Governor of the Omsk Region.
It should be noted that these investment projects have been transferred to the support of specialists from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency. The Agency provides services in a "one-stop shop" mode at each stage of the investment project implementation free of charge. Investors receive support in terms of selecting land plots, developing, finalizing, examining business plans, consulting and support during the urban planning preparation of the investment site and when joining the engineering and transport infrastructure, as well as in selecting optimal support measures for the project.
