Vitaly Khotsenko spoke about new investment projects that are planned to be implemented in the Omsk region.

The investment committee, chaired by the Governor of the Omsk region, reviewed the projects of the Omsk River Port and the Agrocomplex base.

The regional investment committee reviewed the construction project in Omsk of a factory for the production of river-sea class vessels. The investment initiative is presented by Omsk River Port JSC. The company is ready to invest 1.1 billion rubles in the implementation. The investor plans to produce barge platforms in Omsk for the transportation of construction materials and other goods. The new production facility will not only create additional jobs, but also increase cargo turnover through the Omsk region to the regions of the Far North, as well as to Kazakhstan and China.

In addition, the investment committee supported the project to expand the production complex of the Agrocomplect base. The company is a member of the industrial cluster of machinery and agricultural machinery and an official dealer in the sale and maintenance of agricultural machinery of Russian and Belarusian production. The total investment amount is 250 million rubles. Agrocomplex has the status of a Belarusian multi-brand center.

Vitaly Khotsenko noted that both companies have been working for a long time and have proven themselves well, and also commit to implement their investment projects within the specified time frame.
