Vitaliy Khotsenko announced the creation of a new technical center for agricultural machinery in the region

The Omsk Region Investment Committee has supported a project to create a production and service center for agricultural machinery. It is initiated by the Siberian Testing Laboratory company. The facility will be located in the Druzhinsky rural settlement of the Omsk region. Investments will amount to 564 million rubles. His specialization will be the production of components, attachments and machine maintenance for farmers in the region. The first building is scheduled to be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2027, with full construction expected to be completed by the end of 2030. Today, the project has been approved by the members of the Omsk Region Investment Committee.

As the governor of the Omsk region, Vitaly Khotsenko, emphasizes, the new production and service complex is of strategic importance for the agro-industrial complex of the region. It will allow agricultural producers of the Omsk region to obtain high-quality components, assemblies and attachments without long waiting times and logistical costs associated with supplies from other regions. In addition, the company will take over the maintenance of equipment, which is especially in demand during peak periods of field work. Its launch will provide additional tax revenues to the budget and create new jobs in the Omsk region.

In addition, at the meeting of the investment committee, information was heard on the progress of the construction of a cardboard production in Kalachinsk. The project was previously supported by the Omsk Region Investment Committee.
