We are introducing new approaches to the formation of investment proposals
A working meeting was held yesterday with the participation of specialists from the Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency and the Regional Industrial Development Fund. Under the leadership of Andrey Shpilenko, Deputy Chairman of the Omsk Region Government, the participants discussed issues related to the formation of investment proposals based on identified investment niches.
During the meeting, we reviewed the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, examples of investment proposals formed from the list of investment niches, discussed the issues that arose during their formation, and also identified a mechanism for collecting information and responsible persons.
It should be noted that an investment proposal is an important document that represents ready-made solutions for entrepreneurs. Investment proposals in priority market segments for the Omsk region will contain detailed documents on the preliminary conditions for the implementation of the investment project, on infrastructure and resource provision, and on available state support measures.
"We strive to create more attractive and competitive conditions for investors in order to stimulate the economic development of the Omsk region. He instructed SOPK to identify effective information collection mechanisms for the preparation of well-developed investment proposals. I am sure that such focused work will attract the attention of investors, as they will see that we understand their interests and are ready to offer favorable conditions for cooperation," said Andrey Shpilenko.
