Subject of selection

Provision of grants from the regional budget in the form of subsidies to young entrepreneurs – individual entrepreneurs aged 18 to 30 years (inclusive), legal entities, regardless of their organizational and legal form and form of ownership (with the exception of state (municipal) institutions), in the authorized (pooled) capital of which the share belongs to persons aged 18 under the age of 30 (inclusive), is at least 50 percent, – for starting their own business, the criteria for selecting young entrepreneurs to provide grants, the terms and procedure for granting grants, as well as the procedure for returning the remaining grants in the current financial year that were not used in the reporting financial year, the procedure for returning grants in case of violation of the terms of their provision (Decree of the Government of the Omsk Region dated November 18, 2016 No. 334-p "On Amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Omsk Region dated October 15, 2013 No. 254-p")
