Subject of selection

Provision of grants from the regional budget in the form of subsidies to young entrepreneurs – individual entrepreneurs aged from 18 before 30 years (inclusive), legal entities regardless of the organizational and legal form and form of ownership (with the exception of state (municipal) institutions), in the authorized (pooled) capital of which the share belongs to persons aged from 18 before 30 years (inclusive), is not less than 50 percent, – to set up their own business, the criteria for selecting young entrepreneurs to provide grants, the terms and procedure for granting grants, as well as the procedure for returning the remaining grants in the current financial year that were not used in the reporting financial year, and the procedure for returning grants in case of violation of the terms of their provision.  (decree of the Government of the Omsk region of 18 November's 2016 year No. 334- p «On amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Omsk region from 15 October's 2013 year No. 254-п»)
