Attention! Information for developers

The Ministry of Justice of Russia 16.01.2018 registered the order of the Ministry of Construction of Russia from 10.01.2018 № 3/pr «About the definition of the official website in the information – telecommunication network «интернет», intended to be filled in by a developer who attracts funds from participants in shared-equity construction for the construction (creation) of apartment buildings and (or)other real estate objects, the electronic form of the project declaration» (hereinafter referred to as the order). The order has entered into force 28.01.2018.

From the moment this order comes into force, developers in accordance with part 2 articles 19 Federal Law from 30.12.2004 № 214-Federal Law «On participation in the shared-equity construction of apartment buildings and other real estate objects and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation» (more – Federal Law no. 214-Federal Law) prior to concluding with the first participant of the shared-equity construction of an apartment building and (or) other real estate object, it is necessary to send to the authorized body the project declaration, amendments to the project declaration using an enhanced qualified electronic signature by filling out the electronic form of the project declaration on the website www.dol.minstroyrf.ru.
