Alexander Burkov, the head of the region, gave a number of instructions following a meeting of the Council of Heads of Municipalities under the Governor of the Omsk Region.

The head of the Omsk region, Alexander Burkov, clarified the position of the district leaders regarding the organization of passenger transportation, trends in the formation of tariffs, etc.ёworking with resource providers, as well as budget specifics 2018 years. In the conditions of the long Siberian winter, the most pressing and urgent issue is – heat supply. It is important to eliminate the possibility of failures. The Council paid special attention to this topic in terms of rising prices for fuel and energy resources and tariff formation, accelerating the transition to the least expensive heat sources and developing a network of modular mini-boilers to reduce budget costs for the maintenance of social facilities. Acting Governor Alexander Burkov instructed the Ministry of Construction to organize a group of specialists to assist districts in preparing documentation and providing timely informationёfor the adoption of municipal tariffs for 2018 year.

The head of the region also invited the deputies to join the assessment of the optimality of the passenger transportation route network in order to take into account the real needs of residents in transport services as much as possible before competitive selection of carriers.

The attention of the districts should be focused on increasing local budget revenues.
