The educational program of the Russian Export Center produces a series of training manuals for novice exporters.
The first textbook of the REC Educational Program was released at the end of 2016 This year marked the beginning of a series of training materials for beginners and existing Russian exporters. The special feature of the manual, which was developed by leading experts from various fields of business, economics and the educational community, is the structure and relevance of the material, which also contains links to useful sources to find the necessary information at a certain stage of the export project.

The first textbook introduces readers to the tools of primary analysis of foreign markets, search and evaluation of potential buyers, the specifics of preparing enterprises and goods for export and organizing foreign exchange payments, the risks of export activities and methods of minimizing them, as well as the tools of state support for Russian exporters.

The educational project of the Russian Export Center in the Omsk region is being implemented by the Export Support Center operating on the basis of the regional Development and Investment Agency. A corresponding quadrilateral agreement was signed this year. within the framework of the investment forum in Sochi between the Russian Export Center, the REC Export School – the operator of the Program, the Government of the Omsk region and JSC «Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency» – the regional operator of the Program.
