Entrepreneurs can receive funds for the purchase of domestic machinery and equipment at a rate of up to 5% per annum and for a period of up to five years.
VTB Bank's corporate clients have access to a new concessional lending program. It is being implemented jointly with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in accordance with Government Decree No. 163 of February 17, 2018 (Resolution No. 163).
Entrepreneurs can obtain borrowed funds for the purchase of agricultural, road construction and municipal machinery, as well as equipment for the food and processing industry of domestic production at a rate of up to 5%. The loan term is five years.

Resolution No. 163 allows enterprises to take advantage of the low rate and encourages the sale of industrial machinery manufactured in Russia," said Denis Bortnikov, Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank.
During the pilot launch of the preferential program, VTB has already lent more than 125 million rubles to enterprises from different regions of Russia. Thus, Agro-Estimate LLC in Stavropol received 2.4 million rubles for five years for the purchase of new Russian—made agricultural machinery, ImperiyAMOX LLC in Kemerovo — 19.4 million rubles for three years for the purchase of new domestic baking equipment, IP Voronin I. K. in Omsk - 89.1 million rubles for five years for the purchase of 25 units of Russian-made road construction equipment.
