Training of employees of enterprises participating in the national project "Labor Productivity" in lean production tools and techniques continues on the basis of the regional Competence Center of the Omsk region.
Let us remind you that the "Process Factory" is a training production site where in a short time you can see how the use of lean manufacturing tools affects the company's activities and gain real–world experience in their use. Participants learn how to use their work space efficiently, correctly allocate responsibilities in a team, identify problems, develop solutions and put them into practice. The training is useful for both managers and ordinary employees. For the participants of the national project, training on the site is free of charge.
A team of employees from Electrotochpribor Software was the first to participate in the "Process Factory" in 2024. This Omsk-based company develops and manufactures electrical measuring devices, explosion-proof lamps and mining equipment.
So, the "manufacturers" worked out work shifts in game roles from the assembly operator to the production manager. Following the results of the third shift, the participants managed to reduce the cost of the product and increase profits. Specialists have acquired the skills of organizing lean production, which they will be able to apply in work processes, increasing their efficiency.
The Process Factory is not only practical training, but also excellent team building. Teamwork helps to bring employees together, teach them how to work together to develop solutions, aim for a single result, and apply knowledge in a real workplace," said Maxim Shulgat, head of the Omsk Region RCC.
