The annual youth forum, organized by the regional Employment Service, will be held in the regional Congress Hall on November 9.
The Forum will become a multidisciplinary platform for direct communication between employers, HR departments of enterprises and organizations with graduates and young specialists. Representatives of educational organizations, the center for career guidance and psychological support of the population, youth public organizations and executive authorities will take an active part in the dialogue.
Within the framework of the youth forum, a solemn summing up of the results of the PHOTOPLAY regional creative photo contest "#Work Cool", which was held during the school holidays among the participants of the event of temporary employment of minors, will take place. Photographs reflecting the everyday work of teenagers in their free time were accepted for the competition. Up to and including October 31, 2018, residents of Omsk can participate in voting for the audience award in the nominations "#Work is Cool", "Our squad is the coolest", "We work hard – we have a great rest". The audience Award will be given to one photo in each of the nominations with the highest number of likes.
The thematic platforms of the forum will begin their work simultaneously. Business coach Evgeny Lupinos, winner of the All-Russian competition "Leaders of Russia", will conduct a training course on leadership for young people.
At the practice fair "Start a career. First steps" teachers of educational organizations and employers will consider the possibility of organizing internships for students in various areas of professional training.
During the "Route to Professional Success" workshop, professional consultants will help future graduates identify their professional goals and plans to achieve them.
Communication training "Let's communicate!" It will allow students of secondary vocational education to master the skills of business conversation and successful completion of an interview.
Employer representatives at the job fair "Work Today" will offer vacant jobs to young people who are looking for work.
The "Living Professions" photo zone will be opened in the lobby of the Congress Hall. Each of the visitors will be able to take photos with the hashtags of the forum and live mannequins in professional costumes.
