The International Forum of Social Entrepreneurs and Investors is expected to bring together about two thousand participants. Among them are representatives of about 20 Russian regions, including residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, as well as guests from 18 foreign countries — African and Asian states and SCO member states.
INNOSIB will be held in Omsk for the 15th time. Over the years, it has become one of the key platforms for sharing experiences, finding partners, and developing solutions that help develop socially significant projects and territories.
Last year, the event was opened by the Governor of the Omsk region, Vitaly Khotsenko. He noted that INNOSIB's sites correspond to the national goals and objectives set by the President, and for their implementation it is necessary to synchronize the efforts of government, business and NGOs.
This year's forum will be held on October 26-28 in the Regional Congress Hall, the Regional Public Relations Center, the Historical Museum "Russia - My Story" and the Siberian Cultural Center "Teremok".
The key topic is "Investing in humans: human capital as the main resource for sustainable development of regions."
The program includes plenary sessions with federal and international experts, round tables on migrant adaptation, family policy and health, strategic sessions on personnel shortages and youth initiatives, and the intensive project "HR Solutions Factory-2026". An exchange of contacts for social entrepreneurs, NGOs and resource centers, a dialogue with investors and foundations, a mentor lounge and a laboratory for social change will work for participants.
Guests will be able to see the best social practices of Omsk residents. The Masters of the Omsk Irtysh Region fair will feature products from local craftsmen, while the Dialogue of Cultures and Innovations exhibition will feature projects, products and national cuisine from guests from different countries.
