By participating in federal programs, the Omsk region can attract more 5 billions of rubles

The regional Government forms applications for state support within the framework of federal programs.

In 2017 The budgets of the constituent entities can rely on federal subsidies provided for in the framework of state programs of the Russian Federation.

Omsk region plans to receive in 2017 a year from the federal budget 41 a subsidy, which, according to preliminary estimates, will attract more than 5 billions of rubles.

If the competitions are successfully completed, the Omsk Region will receive federal funds for the modernization of rural cultural institutions, the development of primary health care, medical care for citizens, and so on.

To date, in accordance with the approved allocation of federal budget funds for 2017 year, the order was distributed in favor of the regional budget 2 billions of rubles for 19 measures of federal programs, including providing housing for certain categories of citizens under the target program «The dwelling», rural territories, subsidies to farms and support for youth entrepreneurship, land reclamation, development of agro-industrial, water management complexes, transport infrastructure and many other activities.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the possibility of Omsk Region's participation is also being considered.ё Several federal program measures specify the conditions for granting subsidies and the possibility of complying with them, including in terms of providing additional funding from the regional budget.
