Project capacity	A 2,500-ton vegetable storage facility for short-term storage of raw materials (potatoes, carrots, beets, cabbage). A line for packing vegetables in mesh bags – up to 17,000 tons per year. Washing, cleaning, and vacuum packaging of vegetables – up to 650 tons per year. The production of dried vegetables is up to 250 tons per year. The production of frozen vegetables is up to 650 tons per year.
