East Gate Industrial and Logistics Park

The Vostochny Vorota Industrial and Logistics Park is located on the territory of the Kalininsky rural settlement of the Omsk region of the Omsk region.

The park area is 58 hectares. The territory includes 32 industrial land plots.

The purpose of the park is to accommodate warehouses and distribution centers, roadside service facilities, hotels, etc.

The park's mission is to create comfortable conditions for business development.

The first line of the Federal highway R-254 "Irtysh" (highway of federal importance).
Proximity to the Omsk Northern Bypass (67 km) under construction: connection to the Tyumen and Novosibirsk routes.
Convenient access for heavy vehicles: two junctions to the highway R-254 "Irtysh" have already been built.
The prospect of inclusion in the international transport corridor M-12 "Vostok" (access to China and Mongolia through the "Northern Bypass").

The first residents have already started construction of roadside service facilities (service stations and car shops with an area of 19 hectares):
