Suvorov Park offers to get acquainted with the project declaration for the construction of a live-and-work hotel complex
Recall that in August last year, the Government of the Omsk region signed an investment agreement on the implementation of a project in the region for the construction of a "live and work" type hotel complex, which will be located in the Kirov Administrative district of Omsk.
The signing of the investment agreement became possible as a result of the participation of Suvorov Park LLC in the federal competition "Annual public Award "Regions – Sustainable Development". The agreement provides for the implementation of an investment project with state support and the implementation of equity financing of the facility under construction by Suvorov Park LLC and Moscow investor CJSC IG Corporation of Investments with the involvement of borrowed funds from Sberbank.
The initiator of the project has already completed the foundation work – a pile field has been erected.
The area of the hotel complex will be 19,350 m2, including an underground parking for 52 places and a semi-underground parking for 70 places. The project provides for the creation of about 150 jobs. The project implementation period is 2017-2018.
The Omsk Region Development and Investment Agency (formerly the Omsk Region Development Corporation) has been involved in project support since February 2015 and until the end of its implementation period.
