10 November 2016 Russian regions to present export potential in Omsk region This year's Conference on Foreign Economic Activity will be held in Omsk at the Regional Expocenter. The Conference is organized by the Regional Agency for Development and Investment in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the region with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia. Previously, it was held in Kaluga, Vologda and Ulyanovsk.

17 October 2016 Oleg Dautov: We see that the Ministry of Economy has done a lot of work to improve the investment climate. The ASI expert group assessed the actions of the regional authorities to ensure favorable conditions for investors in the Omsk region.

13 October 2016 Swedish company Ecolean awarded for support of investment projects in the Omsk region The Omsk 300th Anniversary Medal was presented to Peter Nielsen, President of the company, by Andrey Novoselov, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region.
